My topic is "How to be Real Estate Agent?"

First, search Client Data Base you have . How many name and telephone number you know. Collect all the list.

From that list, we can start to contact all of them. Starting with your family, your best friend, your neighbour , and your client. Tell them that now you are a real estate agent.

Besides that,from that conversation we may know what they need. Looking to buy a new house or want to sell their house. Record all that list, So may be someday we need that. And the first thing we must to do is to tell another agent that we know that property and the owner. Who knows another agent have the buyer. So, we can co broking.


Tips we must do everyday is:

• Always keep in touch with another agent. Who knows they have latest news or potential buyer for our listing property.
• Always come to product knowledge events.
• Everyday we can review what our priority to do tomorrow.
